The main profile of the Firm is corporate and business law, with special emphasis on acquisitions, investment projects, real estate development of companies, furthermore tax law, competition law, advertisement law, media law, environmental law and generally all the civil law fields, that are closely connected with the establishment and business operation of domestic companies, and Hungarian subsidiaries or branch offices of multinational firms. Labour, environmental, health and safety

EU law

With the accession of Hungary to the European Union the Acquis Communautaire became part of Hungarian law as of 1 May 2004, however, Bogsch & Partners had been involved for over a decade in advising its clients on all aspects of EU regulations and harmonization of Hungarian legislation with the EU rules.
