Dr. Bogsch has an LLD qualification with honours (summa cum laude) from the Law Faculty of Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. He is specialised in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law and was one of the first Hungarian attorneys providing foreign investors/multinational clients with professional legal advice on a continuous basis. He is a guest-professor on a case-by-case basis at the Law Faculty of the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, and he attends conferences and seminars in Hungary as well as abroad giving lectures on civil and business law issues, including intellectual property law, in which field he authored several articles and analysis. He is a member of the Budapest Bar, the International Association of Industrial Property Rights (AIPPI) and the Hungarian Association for the Protection of Industrial Property and Copyright (MIE) and the Licensing Executives Society (LES). He is the Honorary Chairman of the Hungarian Copyright Experts' Body. His working languages are English, German, Italian and French.
